Butterfly Pavilion

May 31st was Jim & Megan's wedding anniversary so Jim showed up with this amazing chocolate covered strawberry arrangement and Megan was nice enough to share. Yum!
We went to the Butterfly Pavilion and met some of our friends who had recently moved to Colorado.  Unfortunately, I have no pictures of them!  Their little guy loves this place and was running from exhibit to exhibit as fast as he could.
Here's Kirra holding a TARANTULA!  She certainly is brave because you would never catch me doing something like that!
Cute Kids! And Kirra and Reagan are dressed in the same color again!

Kade was so excited that a butterfly landed on his hand.
Getting caught in the spiderweb and as always trying to be bigger than he really is.
Coming out of the honeycomb.

Putting together a huge ANT puzzle.

Sure wished we lived closer - Kirra and reagain woudl have a blast (as would their mom's)!

CO Fowler's

When we were in Colorado we got to visit my cousin, Scott, and his family.  They had just moved back to Colorado after living in Germany so it was fun to see them.
Kirra & Cami are only a few months apart in age so they enjoyed each other!

Uncle Brett went with us, too, and he had a good time with all the kids!
Kirra and Cami tickling Brett's feet (I'm surprised one of them didn't get booted across the room) and trying to pull him off the couch.

Posing for pictures in Uncle Brett's truck (not like Brett's a Huskers fan or anything).

Oh, how this Uncle LOVES these three K's!

BioPark Field Trip

Kirra's end of the year field trip to the Botanical Gardens and Aquarium was a lot of fun.  I love being able to go with her and see her interact with her friends.

This was one busy Mama - she had TWELVE babies!
Oh, these girls crack me up!
These cute girls certainly loved their teacher, Mrs. Griego.  She was great at demanding respect by loving and respecting the kids.  It was fun to watch her on field trips - it was like she was a mother bird keeping all her babies under her wing.
